2. Nature of Services

DatumBase sells five single-ingredient and short-formula dietary supplements, with every dose printed on the label and an independent lab report for each lot that anyone can look up by lot number.

DatumBase makes five dietary supplements: magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3 with K2, omega-3 fish oil, creatine monohydrate, and an unflavored electrolyte mix. Each is a single ingredient or a short formula, and the amount of every ingredient is printed on the label. DatumBase does not sell proprietary blends.

Every bottle carries a lot number. The lot lookup on the website shows the certificate of analysis for that lot from an independent lab: what was tested, what it measured, and when. The lot lookup, the full labels, and the ingredient notes are free to anyone.

You can buy a product once or subscribe on a schedule of 30, 60, or 90 days, and you can skip, change, or cancel a subscription online.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

3. Supplement and Health Disclaimer

DatumBase products are dietary supplements. Nothing on the website, on a label, in a lot report, or in any message from DatumBase is medical advice, and none of it replaces advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Talk to your doctor before taking any supplement, and about how much to take, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, or are under medical care for a condition. Stop taking a product and contact your doctor if you have a reaction to it.

DatumBase products and this website are for adults 18 and over. Do not buy for or give these products to anyone under 18.

Omega-3 fish oil contains fish. Read the full label of each product, including its other ingredients, before you take it.

4. Orders and Subscriptions

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page and in the order flow before you place an order. A one-time order ships for $5.95. A subscription costs 15% less than the one-time price for each product and ships free.

A subscription renews on the schedule you choose, every 30, 60, or 90 days, at the price shown when you subscribed. The renewal price and schedule are shown before you review your order. If a price changes, DatumBase will show the new price to you before the next renewal it applies to; nothing renews at a price you have not been shown.

You can skip a delivery, change products or the schedule, or cancel a subscription online at any time before the next renewal date. You do not need to call or write to anyone to cancel. A change or cancellation made before the renewal date applies to that renewal.

5. Lot Reports

A lot report covers only the lot named in it. It describes what the independent lab tested in that lot, what it measured, and when. It does not describe any other lot, and it is not a promise about how a product will affect you.

Reports marked "Sample report" show the format of a lot report. They are examples, not test results for a lot that DatumBase has sold.

6. Returns and Replacements

Supplements cannot be returned once opened.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and DatumBase will replace it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DatumBase website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of DatumBase or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from DatumBase.

The DatumBase name and logo are trademarks of DatumBase. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of DatumBase.

8. SMS Messaging – Marketing Messages

By opting in to the DatumBase Text Club program, you give your express consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from DatumBase at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include sales and discount codes, new product launches, restock alerts for sold-out items, and subscriber-only perks. Messages come from DatumBase only; we do not send third-party offers by SMS. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using DatumBase.

Message frequency: Up to 4 msgs/month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. Upon receipt of your STOP message, you will be removed from all future SMS communications. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. DatumBase does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The DatumBase website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DatumBase does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DatumBase disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DatumBase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall DatumBase's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the website or services exceed the total amount paid by you to DatumBase during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

12. Changes to Terms

DatumBase reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
